EUROPE (part 1)
DAY 1 (Thursday February 2nd, 2012)
First things first: don’t be late to the airport, which I am proverbially. And so, I arrived at The Nashville Airport at 11:30am, 2 hours before my first flight. After ditching 9 pounds of packing in order to avoid a $200 suitcase up charge and making it through a short stint at security, I was off to Washington, D.C. by 1:17pm.
Your Apple, My Oyster
London and Paris and debauchery, OH MY! I had an absolute blast in Europe. Epic good time. After a week in the heart of Paris with Tim & Liz, I spent 36 hours in transit to NYC. To say the least, I crash landed at Seth’s on 65th late Sunday night. Fell asleep sitting upright to be exact. It wasn’t until Monday morning that I realized one of the six bottles of red wine I purchased in Paris had shattered in my bag. Thanks for nothing American Airlines.
THE DELI NYC lovin’ on me…
Next Big Nashville was an absolute blast. After a weekend’s worth of maxed out free drinks, gift bag receiving, & power belting out my own set and for my friends from the audience, I’m tired. But I cannot wait for next year. Check out this awesome mention from my set on Thursday. Love me some Deli love!
